Smile Recovery After Basketball Season

Posted .

Did you fail to take good care of your smile this basketball season? If so, our dentist, Dr. Rafah Abdelmonem, is happy to help you restore your oral health. Fortunately, there are things you can do to help your teeth and gums. Those things are:

-Step No. 1: Schedule an appointment: When you come to our office, our dentist will examine your smile and identify the problems you have, like cavities, enamel erosion and even dental injuries like tooth cracks. Then, he will provide the treatment you need to restore full health and function in the tooth or teeth.

-Step No. 2: Keep up on oral hygiene: Make sure to clean and care for your smile regularly by brushing twice a day, flossing once a day and rinsing with mouthwash daily. These things will clean your teeth and gums and help you have a top-notch smile and oral health.

-Step No. 3: Attend your checkups: The treatments provided at your checkups can help you in many ways, so make sure to visit our office every six months. These checkups will also allow our dental team to check the treatment you received to make sure everything is healing and holding up properly.
